    Always stop in Stratford when we are on our way through to Lakes Entrance and the last few times have been served by Sarah, who is absolutely lovely and an asset to your company. She is so friendly and will go above and beyond to help out. Today I witnessed her deal with a very difficult customer, with grace and composure and continued to smile afterwards. Great customer service under pressure! Highly recommend this service station.

    Horrible. Served by an older woman with a nose peircing that was rude to us, and in front of all the other customers, when we simply asked to split our fuel bill in half. There are plenty of other petrol stations nearby, this one doesn't deserve your business.
